PANEL CONSTRUCTION
Each panel shall consist of a four sided frame, rigid insulation,and interior
and exterior metal pan Metal pans are coated with a adhesive to insure a positive
bond with the insulation Panel edges shall be wrapped with a flexible vinyl gasket
around metal pan. Walls, corners, ceiling & optional floor panels to be fabricated
in modular sections enabling any size to be achieved
INSULATION
Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., and Factory Mutual Approved, CFC free, 4"
foamed expanded polystyrene insulation. Insulation value will not decrease as
panels age. Resilient closed cells molded to a density of 1.0 pcf provides a typical
K factor of .22 at 38 with a vapor transmission rate of less than 025 by weight.
METAL FINISH
- White embossed metal, 26 gauge galvanized
- Stainless steel, 26 gauge, type 304, No. 3
- Choice of colored metals, 26 gauge

PANEL FASTENERS
Walk-in panels shall be assembled by inserting an allen wrench into a quick activated
cam locking device which will pull two panel section together making a tight seal.
Access ports located on the interior allow assembly of the wall panels from the
inside for close placement of panels to existing obstructions. The access ports
shall be covered by press-fit plug buttons.
PANEL GASKET
NSF approved, acid resistant flexible vinyl gasket is wrapped around metal pan
& secured in place Gasket is odorless, non-combustible, and holds its seal
through temperature ranges 160 to -50
INSULATED FLOOR
Optional floor panels shall be fabricated similar to other panels and designed
to support evenly distributed loads.

DOOR PANEL ASSEMBLY
Door Panel Assembly shall be listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc, and bear
the UL seal of approval. Door panel assembly will include pre-hung entrance door,
reinforced frame, light, and thermometer Metal finish and insulation shall be
fabricated similar to other panels. Entrance door shall be equipped with a one
piece removable magnetic gasket for tight seal and thermal break. The bottom edge
of the door shall have an adjustable and replaceable wiper gasket. Hinged door
will have two cam lift, self closing hinges for smooth operation with built-in
hold open feature. Door handle to be extra heavy duty type. The frame shall incorporate
a plastic breaker strip around the inside perimeter to prevent condensation on
exterior door panel during normal climate and humidity conditions Optional frame
heat available for above normal conditions. Frame shall be equipped with flush
mounted operating toggle switch and pilot light on exterior, prewired between
wall panels to vapor proof light fixture for the interior. The A.C. service required
is 115 volt, 60 cycle, single phase. Digital thermometer shall be installed above
light switch.
GLASS DOORS / SHELVING
Merchandising display doors are available in a variety of sizes and finishes to
meet design requirements. Each door standard with tempered insulated glass, magnetic
air tight gasket, fluorescent light fixtures with lamp, Iow temperature ballast,
and safety shield. Door and frame condensate heaters provide condensation protection
under normal conditions. Optional heated glass available for above normal conditions.
Lights and heaters are prewired to interior junction box at fop of frame, 120
volt, single phase service required by others. Each door will include heavy duty
adjustable epoxy coated shelves, full width price tag moldings, and four
4) uprights.
