Standard low temp systems are sized to provide holding temperatures down to –10 degrees.
Freezer refrigeration systems are design to hold product coming in at the temperature that it is
going to be stored at. Special provisions need to be made if you intend to either process food
with your freezer (Chill or freeze warm food).
For hold temperatures below –10 degrees and ice cream holding systems, please contact SRC
