In most instances, a standard Medium Temp system will be all you need to operate at an average temperature of 36°. Evaporator coils will be air defrost, and can be used with an indoor or an outdoor condensing unit.  If you plan to use your cooler to chill hot food, please call SRC Refrigeration. We can provide adequate refrigeration sizing to compensate. If you intend to hold significant amounts of unwrapped food or leafy vegetables, you may want to consider a High Humidity System, please call SRC Refrigeration for detail. Product appearance and shelf life will be improved.
